Alexsandra Lantigua is a purpose-driven coach, facilitator and trainer dedicated to working with leaders that stand for change, give back to their communities and positively impact culture and society. She builds awareness and develops people’s skill sets and capacity to engage in conversations and create change in the areas of diversity, inclusion, power, and privilege. Alexsandra’s work empowers organizations to build equitable dynamic systems and inclusive cultures.
Alexsandra has an international client practice of individuals, partnerships, teams and organizations. She has worked with clients such as 3M, Medtronic, Telefónica, Mead Johnson, Blue Cross Blue Shield, The Colorado Child Welfare Training System, and The United Nations, among many others. She has worked all over Europe, South Africa, Asia, United Arab Emirates, Egypt, Latin America as well as North America.
Alexsandra is the founder of StarSeeds, an international coaching and consulting practice. She is a faculty member at Coactive (the Coaches Training Institute), the Center for Right Relationship and is a lead trainer of the Evocative Leadership Mastery program of the Ehama Institute.
Alexsandra is certified as a Professional Co-Active Coach, and an Organization and Relationship Systems Coach, and a Professional Certified Coach credential from the International Coach Federation. Aexsandra holds a MA in curriculum design from St. Thomas University and a BA in Education from Rhode Island College.
