Priding herself as a high energy situational and servant leader for 20 years, Kristin drives results as coach and consultant towards what’s most needed for the mission and what’s most meaningful for the people.

Kristin coactively coaches leaders across the U.S. and globally so clients develop a laser-focused sense of self/team, create powerful vision declarations, and design meaningful and actionable goals to step into their most impactful selves.

Her optimal clients are bold about driving all-serious-missions while embracing the full- contact-sport of leadership all while growing themselves and others. She has a knack for championing and challenging her clients beyond boundaries using her dynamic range of business/people savvy, compassion, and creating courageous and safe spaces for discovery.

Kristin capitalizes on her 20 years of experience as a business leader in the Air Force where she led complex organizations as the Deputy Director of Procurement for a $5 Billion IT portfolio supporting the White House and Department of Defense; deployed twice to Iraq to help rebuild their infrastructure with a $3.5B portfolio supporting 122,000 multi-national Coalition Forces; and transformed 700 students into stellar leaders and officers as Commandant of Cadets and Assistant Professor at The Citadel for 700. She’s an exceptional critical thinker and strategic planner/doer and her positive attitude is undeniably energizing.

Kristin earned 2 master’s degrees in Organizational Leadership (Chapman University) and National Resource Strategy (Industrial College of the Armed Forces), and earned her bachelor’s degree and commission from the U.S. Air Force Academy. In 2017, she graduated from the Coaches Training Institute’s Executive Leadership Program in Sonoma, California.

She is an internationally certified coach through CTI and serves as the President for the Board of Directors for Developmental Pathways, a 700-person/$70M non-profit that supports 8,000 individuals with intellectual and developmental delays.

Kristin lives with her husband and two children in Centennial, CO where they enjoy exploring the nooks and crannies of the great outdoors from skiing to hiking to camping in their 1995 VW Campervan.
